My name is Peter, I’m in my forties and was diagnosed with ADHD (non-attentive) around 2 years ago.

Please join me on my journey of self discovery as I learn all about Neurodiversities, especially ADHD, but also looking into conditions such as Autism, Aspbergers, Dyslexia etc

Why do this?

The last 2 years for me have been….different! Trying to come to terms with being diagnosed with ADHD is exhausting, bouncing between the excitement of finally having a diagnosis and the upset knowing that I first tried to get answers to this when I was 18 🙄

Aims of the site…

I hope, that by researching Neurodiversities along with the knowledge I have built up over the last couple of years, I will be able to both help myself and anyone who reads my posts gain a level of understanding that will assist themselves or someone they know 😀

I don’t want this to be a boring site full of lectures, so I will try and (where possible) keep it light-hearted and add some basic images and meme’s to break up the writing. I will also be reviewing products, starting with books that I feel could be useful to anyone trying to build an understanding of Neurodiversity.
